Job Summary

The Executive – SCM Export will be responsible for managing end-to-end pre-shipment and post-shipment export activities under LC, DA and DP transactions in the Chemical Industry. The role will involve export documentation, regulatory documentation, coordination with internal teams, CHA and shipping companies, and timely completion of export-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents.
- Prepare, submit and follow up for COO (Certificate of Origin) and CEPA documentation.
- Ensure proper understanding and application of Incoterms, Letter of Credit (L/C), HS Codes, MSDS and VGM requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing,



CHA and Shipping Companies for smooth execution of export shipments.
- Handle LC / DA / DP-related export processes and ensure timely completion of documentation and shipment activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation as per applicable requirements.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing of export shipments.
- Perform other export-related assignments as required from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per month
