Roles & responsibilities

Production Planning & Sales:

- Review & reply of all inquiries.
- Check all purchase orders received from buyers and book orders in excel sheet as well as in software.
- Prepare daily production planning for extrusion rods and centrifugal castings in coordination with top management, casting & process department.
- Issue job cards as per the production planning.
- Prepare daily dispatch schedules in coordination with process department.
- Check test certifications.
- Communicate with transporter for dispatch of materials.
- Email dispatch details to buyers.
- Send email of customer feedback forms to various buyers twice a year and ensure to receive duly filled, stamped and signed copy of same.
- Export sales related paper work.



Though export sales transactions are very few in a year.

Other Miscellaneous office work

- Take print out of all wage registers on monthly basis.
- Take print out of payment of leave salary statement and bonus register on yearly basis.
- Email PF statement and ESI statement to labor consultant within first 10 days of every month.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
