Job Summary

ALIMS School of Business is looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Department (HOD) to lead our academic department and contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the academic department effectively.

- Coordinate and supervise faculty members and academic activities.

- Develop and implement academic plans, schedules, and programs.

- Monitor teaching quality and student academic performance.

- Support faculty development and performance improvement.

- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and other academic activities.

- Maintain academic standards and institutional policies.

- Handle student and faculty-related academic concerns.





- Contribute to the growth and development of the institution.

Requirements

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.

- 2 years of experience in a similar HOD/academic leadership role.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in an educational institution will be an advantage.
