Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel & Admin Executive to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end travel coordination, handling ticketing, accommodation, visas, and general administrative operations to ensure seamless business travel and workplace management.

What You’ll Do:

- End-to-End Travel Management: Handle domestic & international flights, train bookings, local cab logistics, and itinerary planning.
- Accommodation & Visas: Manage corporate hotel reservations, schedule updates, visa processing, travel insurance, and required documentation.
- Vendor & Expense Management: Coordinate with travel partners and hotels to negotiate rates, track travel logs,



and process expense reports.
- Administrative Operations: Assist with overall office administration, document tracking, and workplace management.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven hands-on experience in domestic and international travel bookings.
- Solid understanding of visa requirements and corporate travel policies.
- Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
