2) CMM Knowledge
3) ATA Specification- ATA2200 and S1000D
4) Knowledge on other Docs like SB/SIL & TRs
5) Good Engineering Drawings Skill
6) Tools like: Adobe ISODRAW/ArborText Editor/FrameMaker
