Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹Max, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them in choosing suitable loan products.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding loan products.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Handle enquiries related to different types of loans.
- Explain loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, tenure, and basic terms to customers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with customers regularly through calls and messages.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/credit team for processing applications.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Loan Products

Candidates may handle leads for various loan products, including:

- Personal Loan
- Business Loan
- Balance Transfer & Top-Up Loans
- Overdraft Facilities
- Other financial products as assigned

Skills Required

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome.
