Tech Lead – Full Stack & Backend

03:00 PM – 12:00 AM SLST (Straddle Shift)

Key: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:

- Production Delivery – Ship production-ready Java/Spring Boot and LLM/agentic capabilities on committed milestones.
- AI Quality – Meet evaluation thresholds for task success, retrieval/grounding quality, and regression across releases.
- Reliability & Performance – Meet availability, error-rate, and latency SLOs, with proper fallbacks, timeouts, step budgets, and loop detection.
- Engineering Excellence – Maintain standards for automated testing, observability, CI/CD, security, and reusable agent/platform components.

Qualifications/Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Java/ Spring Boot, distributed-systems fundamentals: REST/gRPC.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and building RAG/agentic AI workflows — including retrieval, tool/function calling, orchestration, context management, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Experience with at least one: OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
- Build automated tests (unit, integration, API, end-to-end) and contribute to CI/CD and production-readiness practices.
