Position: Quality Analyst
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 In-Hand
Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM–5:00 AM
Working Days: Monday–Friday | Weekends Off

Required Candidate Profile:-

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Call Quality Analyst in an International BPO
Strong experience in Call Auditing, Quality Monitoring & Evaluation
Positive knowledge of Quality Parameters and Compliance Standards
Ability to identify performance gaps and provide effective feedback
Excellent English communication skills




Strong analytical and reporting skills
Immediate Joiners Preferred
