Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at Laurel High Global School in Rajahmundry. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs, develop strong employer branding strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Communication, networking, and organizational skills will be essential in effectively engaging with potential hires and maintaining a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment practices
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Adept at using recruitment tools, methodologies, and platforms
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in educational or institutional hiring is advantageous
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
