Handle all billing and invoicing activities at the Jorhat showroom, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of customer transactions in a retail jewellery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate bills and invoices for gold, diamond, and other jewellery sales
- Process payments, maintain billing records, and ensure proper documentation
- Handle GST billing, making charges, and related computations
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth billing operations
- Maintain daily billing reports and support stock/inventory reconciliation as required
- Ensure compliance with company billing processes and statutory requirements
- Provide polite and efficient service to customers during the billing process
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a retail showroom environment (preferably jewellery or similar high-value retail)
- Basic knowledge of GST billing and retail invoicing
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good numerical skills
- Working knowledge of billing software / POS systems
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
