Job Purpose

To provide direct, compassionate patient care, administer treatments, monitor clinical conditions, assist physicians during procedures, and maintain safety and infection control standards across hospital wards.

Core Responsibilities

- Direct Care: Monitor vital signs ($BP, Pulse, SpO_2, Temp$), maintain patient hygiene, and manage post-operative/bedside care.
- Medications & Admin: Administer oral, IM, IV medications, set up IV fluids, perform dressings, and manage crash carts.
- Doctor Assistance: Support doctors during ward rounds, minor procedures, diagnostic tests, and clinical emergencies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient intake/output charts, EHR notes, and perform structured shift handovers.
- Infection Control & Safety: Follow NABH/safety protocols,



aseptic dressing techniques, and bio-medical waste segregation.

Key Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM).
- Registration: Valid State Nursing Council (RN/RM) registration certificate.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in a clinical or hospital setting (Freshers with internship experience eligible).
- Core Skills: Patient empathy, emergency response, IV cannulation, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
