Job Responsibilities
- Assist the accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Enter sales, purchase, receipt and payment transactions.
- Assist with bank entries and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documents.
- Assist in checking invoices, bills and vouchers.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Help maintain stock and inventory-related records.
- Assist in preparing daily and monthly accounts reports.
- Follow up on pending accounting entries and documents.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers are welcome.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
