We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and responsible candidates for the position of Service Relation Assistant (SRA) at Wave Cinemas. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle food & beverage counters, ticketing and other customer service activities as assigned.
- Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash/POS transactions.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate information.
- Ensure timely replenishment and proper display of food & beverage products.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned supervisor when required.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to work in shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
