Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to manage the complete HR function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Improve employee engagement, retention, motivation, and workplace culture.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and employee discipline.
- Manage payroll coordination, salary-related queries, incentives, and deductions with the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, performance, and manpower.
- Organize employee training, development, and team-building activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Use HRMS, recruitment portals, Excel, and other digital/AI-based HR tools to improve HR efficiency.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.

- Ability to handle employee issues professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools for recruitment, HR documentation, employee analytics, and productivity.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant stream.
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience.
