Our client is looking for agile, passionate, and result-oriented Sales Leaders to lead high-performing sales teams and contribute to our continued growth in the residential real estate sector.

Mandatory Requirement:

We are only looking for candidates with prior experience in Residential Real Estate Channel Sales / Channel Partner Firms. Applications from candidates without relevant real estate channel sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of junior sales executives.
- Drive team and self performance to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales conversions.




- Monitor daily activities, productivity, and CRM compliance.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Should possess strong communication skills and networking skills
- Ability in lead generation and conversions in a real estate domain.
- Excellent in generating leads through channel partners.
