Qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide interpretation services to customers through Voice Calling (Customer Service)
Responsible for understanding and translating verbal communications between clients and customers.
Responsible in handling communication for French and English-speaking customers
Assist the client in helping them understand the documents or information required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent communication in English and French language
Ability to instantly comprehend and convert one language into another.
Graduate or undergraduate with a diploma in French language certification highly preferred
