About the Role
We're looking for an AI Filmmaker / AI Video Editor who lives at the intersection of storytelling and generative AI to join our growing production team in Bhopal. We're building the future of content by combining traditional filmmaking craft with next-generation generative AI pipelines. This role is for someone fluent in AI video, image, voice, and audio generation tools, who understands internet culture, learns fast, and wants to direct and edit films where the "shoot" happens inside a prompt. The Mission

- Direct and produce AI-generated films and visual sequences end-to-end, from concept to final cut
- Generate, curate, and edit AI video content using generative video models
- Maintain character continuity, world consistency, and visual style across AI-generated scenes
- Engineer detailed, high-precision prompts to control shot composition, motion, and performance
- Edit high-velocity digital content using professional editing workflows
- Continuously experiment with new AI-assisted production tools and pipelines as they emerge

Key Responsibilities

- Generative Video: Produce and refine scenes using Runway, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, Sora, Veo, or similar
- Generative Image: Design keyframes, characters, and environments using Midjourney, Secure Diffusion, Flux, or similar
- Voice & Audio AI:



Use tools like ElevenLabs, Suno, Udio to build soundscapes and character voices
- Editing: Assemble, cut, and finish sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro with strong narrative pacing
- Continuity Systems: Build and maintain character/style reference libraries (LoRAs, reference images, prompt libraries)
- Collaboration: Work with writers, directors, and the creative team to translate scripts into AI-producible shot lists
- R&D;: Track new generative AI model releases and evaluate them for production use

Essential Requirements

- Must be based in Bhopal (On-site role – Kolar Road)
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms (Runway, Luma, Kling, Pika, Sora, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar image-generation tools
- Ability to write detailed, structured prompts controlling camera movement, lighting, and performance
- Strong understanding of narrative pacing, shot composition, and digital-first content formats
- Fast learner, comfortable with rapidly changing tools, genuinely curious about AI filmmaking

Valuable to Have

- Experience with AI voice cloning, dubbing, or music-generation tools
- Basic understanding of LoRA training or character/style fine-tuning
- A personal portfolio or reel of AI-generated or AI-assisted video work
- Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, faceless channels, and other internet-native formats

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
