Ashoka School of Business (ASB), Hyderabad is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead Admissions, Promotion, Branding & Marketing for its PGDM & BBA Programs.

We are looking for someone who can build the brand, build institutional relationships, generate student leads, drive engagement, and most importantly, convert opportunities into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PGDM & BBA admission strategy and execution
- Drive student recruitment, lead generation and conversion
- Build relationships with UG colleges and educational institutions across India
- Conduct seminars, workshops, competitions, career-awareness programs and outreach activities
- Strengthen ASB's brand positioning and visibility
- Develop institutional partnerships and student engagement initiatives
- Lead student/parent counselling and admission follow-up
- Manage student databases and admission funnels
- Coordinate digital and offline promotional campaigns
- Lead and mentor the Admissions & Marketing team
- Track admission performance, conversion and market trends




- Identify new markets and innovative student acquisition opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Education Marketing / Admissions / Institutional Marketing / Business Development / Branding preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
- Strong leadership and relationship-management capabilities
- Target-oriented and execution-focused
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
