- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Manage labor workforce, assign tasks, and track productivity
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage
- Handle in office problem-solving and escalate critical issues to management
- Maintain daily site reports, work updates, and documentation
- Verify measurements and ensure accurate execution of design details
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability as per project schedule
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
- Attend client/site meetings and provide updates on progress
