Job Description – Reading & Library Lead

We are looking for a highly passionate and enthusiastic person who genuinely loves reading and has excellent knowledge of books across different genres and age groups.

The role is to create a vibrant reading culture in the school and inspire students to develop a genuine love for books and reading.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging and creative reading experiences for students.

* Encourage students to read beyond textbooks and explore different genres and authors.

* Recommend books based on students’ age, interests and reading levels.

* Organise book clubs, reading challenges, author interactions, storytelling sessions and other reading activities.

* Introduce innovative ideas to make the library an exciting and welcoming space.

* Work with teachers to integrate reading into classroom and school activities.





* Curate and develop a diverse and age-appropriate collection of books.

* Encourage reluctant readers and help them discover the joy of reading.

* Stay updated with new and relevant books, authors and trends in children’s literature.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
