Zenovate Media is a digital marketing agency helping business owners, founders, coaches, consultants and service-based businesses generate more leads and sales through strategic digital marketing and paid advertising.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us build a strong brand through high-quality content.

What You'll Do

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create and execute a monthly social media content strategy
- Research trending topics, hooks, content ideas and competitor content
- Write engaging captions, post copy and short-form video scripts
- Plan and manage Reels, carousels, static posts and stories
- Coordinate with the design/video team or create basic creatives yourself
- Edit short-form videos/Reels when required
- Maintain and manage the content calendar
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers and leads
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats and algorithms
- Continuously test new content ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Engage with comments and messages when required

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Good knowledge of Reels,



short-form content and social media trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write strong hooks and engaging content
- Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content perform
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Willingness to learn and experiment

Good to Have

- Experience working with a digital marketing agency
- Experience in B2B, coaching, consulting or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of lead generation and conversion
- Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and scheduling platforms

You will not just be responsible for posting content.

You will be expected to understand:

Who we are targeting → What they struggle with → What content they want to consume → What will make them engage → How content can generate business opportunities.
