Position: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to handle reporting and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of MS Excel, reporting dashboards, and data analysis, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales reports for Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce and other e-commerce channels.
- Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of data.
- Analyse dispatch, advertising, and inventory performance.
- Review sales reports, identify trends, and recommend strategies for sales growth.
- Timely identify, escalate, and report issues and key findings.
- Ensure proper compliance and seamless data sharing with relevant teams.
- Perform reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace accounts.

Key Skills Required





- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/data analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle operational challenges.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in e-commerce operations, reporting, or marketplace management.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, MBA, or a related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in quick commerce or e-commerce operations or sales reporting, or marketplace management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
