Senior Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in Chemical Industry Sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the chemical industry.

· Promote and sell chemical products to industrial, manufacturing, and commercial customers.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.

· Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.

· Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

· Coordinate with production, technical, logistics, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.

· Mentor and support junior sales team members, when required.

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

· 5+ years of experience in Chemical Sales, Industrial Sales, Specialty Chemicals, or related sectors.

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.

· Experience working with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

· Strong knowledge of the chemical industry, including industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, solvents, additives, or related products.

· Existing network of customers and distributors in the chemical sector.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience managing key accounts and high-value customers.

· Technical understanding of chemical products and their applications.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
