Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities for B2B customers.
- Process domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and other internal teams for order fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related cases.
- Process credit notes and debit notes related to customer orders and complaints.
- Prepare and maintain order, shipment, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and service-level requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Order Management, Order Processing, or Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of domestic and international trade processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural/cross-cultural environment.
- Candidates who are solutions-oriented and able to work under pressure will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹54,000.00 per month
