Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth coordination between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, planning, and decision-making skills with good experience in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall factory operations and coordinate with different departments.
- Plan and monitor daily and monthly production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planned schedules.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Manage manpower allocation and team productivity.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure availability of required materials, manpower, and machinery.
- Monitor machine availability and coordinate with Maintenance for timely support.
- Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.
- Monitor production reports and key operational performance indicators.




- Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.
- Review factory performance and provide updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in factory or plant operations.
- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Solid experience in production planning and manufacturing operations.
- Good manpower and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production, quality, and maintenance coordination.
- Understanding of productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umargam, Gujarat 396165: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
