- Review planning and organization of OPD & IPD patient work distribution.





- - Ensure patient care.
- To develop patient education programs

- Inventory oriented :

- Keep a check on department, equipments, maintenance and functioning.

- Department related :

- Administrative:
- Ensuring entry of treatment charges in visiting slip sheets.
- Analyze data and statistically analyses to ensure quality of patient’s treatment and department’s growth.

- Staff management :

- Analyze workload & manpower utilization to develop effective & efficient use of staff.
Review and train all the staff including Physiotherapist, front office staff and Ward boys / aayas.
