Drive strategic growth of IT services engagements, combining SAP transformation, Data/AI, and platform-led delivery to unlock measurable business value across cost, speed, and revenue.

What You'll Own

- Build deep CXO relationships (CIO, CFO, Supply Chain, Merchandising)

- Identify and close large, multi-year transformation deals ($5M–$25M+)

- Position our services as a business transformation lever, not just implementation

- Drive cross-sell of Data, AI, Cloud, and Platform capabilities

- Expand accounts through consumption-led and outcome-based models

How You'll Differentiate

- Bring an AI-first,



platform-led point of view (automation, SDLC acceleration, cost optimization)

- Lead with value hypotheses, inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, cloud cost takeout

- Use industry context: demand sensing, supply chain agility, trend-to-store acceleration

Shift conversations from projects programs platforms
- outcomes

How Success Is Measured

- Net revenue growth and account expansion

- Large deal wins ($5M+) and pipeline creation

- Client value realization (cost, speed, efficiency)

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- 10-18+ years in consulting/services with robust sales ownership

- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts ($10M+)

- Startup or high-growth sales experience
