Job Description

ZAKKAA Home Decor is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage sales operations and business development across the Jaipur market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch sales and business operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver performance targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Ensure product availability and smooth channel operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 7–15 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong background in home appliances, electronics, electrical products or consumer durables.
- Experience in dealer/distributor/channel sales is preferred.
- Robust leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of the Jaipur/Rajasthan market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
