Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities for the Senior Manager - Commercial working in the "Commercial Office" department,

- Identify, define and plan high-impact transformation initiatives across work streams, in alignment with the Board, Steering Committee and Management Team.

- Lead a team of analyst(s) to drive org wide commercial / strategic transformation projects across Sales, Operations and Procurement

- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries, including Country Managers, Sales Heads and business teams, to translate transformation objectives into actionable initiatives and ensure effective implementation.

- Lead Independently Project Reviews, Steering Committee discussions on projects, business performance with MD, CXOs.

- Build and reinforce a strong transformation and continuous-improvement culture through structured and informal communication across the organization.

- Focus on priority initiatives that can maximize revenue, optimize costs, improve productivity, and enhance profitability, working closely with responsible stakeholders to drive execution.





- Support successful business restructuring and transformation through a “clean sheet” and best-in-class approach, ensuring standardization, process improvement, and institutionalization across work streams.

- Develop comprehensive transformation playbooks with explicit objectives, milestones, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes, with strong focus on execution and end results.

- Drive end-to-end program management of transformation initiatives through robust action trackers, governance mechanisms, review forums, and regular stakeholder follow-ups to ensure accountability and timely delivery.

- Establish governance and monitor progress of transformation initiatives through regular reviews, escalation of key risks and resolution of execution challenges.

- Prepare and publish management review decks, business performance reports and detailed analysis at customer, market, and business levels, highlighting key insights, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
