Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & Indeed
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines
Requirements
✓ 1–3 years of recruitment experience
✓ Mandatory experience in Blue Collar Hiring
✓ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & Indeed
✓ Good communication and candidate-handling skills
✓ Robust sourcing and screening skills
