Emergency Response and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

· Ensure first aid kits and rooms are fully stocked with necessary medicines.

· Manage the process of admitting labourers to the hospital and ensure proper care until discharge in case of major accidents.

· Ensure labourers wear appropriate safety gear (shoes, helmets, belts) when working at heights above 2 meters.

· Weekly verification of the condition of PPE provided to labourers.

Hazard Identification and Safety Meetings

· Identify unsafe areas and implement necessary safety measures.

· Monitor and ensure all machinery, such as tower cranes, high weight lifts, breaker machines, and wood cutting machines, are functioning properly.

· Conduct weekly toolbox talks with the labour force.

· Take photos during toolbox talks and share them in the designated WhatsApp group.

· Maintain records of all toolboxes talks conducted.

Worksite Safety and Hygiene

· Ensure labour camps are clean and hygienic.

· Check and approve areas for hot work and scaffolding height work, issuing permits as necessary.

· Ensure fire extinguishers are available where necessary.





· Place necessary safety signage at the worksite.

Planning and Site Coordination

· Prepare Material Requisitions (MR) according to project requirements.

· Arrange for sub-contractors based on the work needed.

· Prepare labour bills according to the output and raise bills for subcontractors.

· Plan the work schedule for each week.

· Shift required materials and facilities to the worksite and provide clearance for materials to be shifted back to the yard or other sites as work completes.

Quality Control

· Ensure cube tests for 7 days and 21 days, slump tests, GSP filling, and other necessary tests are conducted as required.

· Maintain a register for all tests conducted.

Continuous Improvement

· Continuously review and update safety protocols to ensure they meet the latest standards and best practices.

· Implement and promote safety training programs to improve the safety culture on site.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
