Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP systems.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and monthly closing activities.

2. Audit Support

- Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

3. Income Tax

- Compute taxable income for individuals/firms/companies.
- Prepare and file ITRs, TDS returns, and Form 26AS reconciliation.
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, and quarterly TDS compliance.
- Assist in responding to income tax notices & assessments.

4. GST (Goods & Services Tax)

- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers.
- Manage GST payments, refunds & e-way bills.
- Handle GST assessments, audits,



and departmental queries.

5. PF & ESIC Compliance

- Prepare monthly PF & ESIC challans.
- File returns such as ECR (PF) and ESIC monthly contributions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure labour law compliance.
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding compliance.

6. Other Statutory Compliance

- Professional Tax, Shop Act, ROC filings (if applicable).
- Support management in budgeting & MIS reporting.
- Ensure timely statutory payments and documentation.

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards & GST/Income Tax rules.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, ERP systems.
- Good analytical, documentation, and compliance skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle audits independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
