Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis III (Multi Cuisine) to join the Kitchen Team at Ginger Agartala. The candidate will assist in the preparation and presentation of food across various cuisines while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking activities.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces as instructed.
- Support the preparation of Indian, Continental, and other cuisine dishes as per menu requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.




- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Adhere to all food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Support banquet and buffet food preparation whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Hotel Management Certification.
- 0-2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valuable teamwork and willingness to learn.
