Senior Financial Accountant — Core Duties

- Own full-cycle accounting, including GL, AP, AR, banking, payroll, tax support, and month-end close.
- Perform bank, credit card, balance-sheet, and general-ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform three-way matching: Purchase Order → Receiving → Supplier Invoice before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate price, quantity, receipt, and invoice discrepancies.
- Hold supplier invoices when purchasing, receiving, quantity, pricing, or quality issues remain unresolved.
- Record approved inventory, WIP, accrual, variance, write-off, chargeback, recovery, and landed-cost entries supplied by Manufacturing Finance.
- Record and track supplier credits, debit notes, chargebacks, refunds, insurance recoveries, and freight claims.
- Ensure recoveries are applied against the correct loss or production issue and maintain a explicit audit trail.
- Maintain multi-currency AP and AR and account for exchange-rate differences.
- Issue customer invoices and verify that invoiced quantities, prices, customer POs, shipments, and OrderTime records agree.
- Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue customers, and administer customer credit holds where authorized.
- Investigate customer deductions, short payments, returns, shortages, fines, and disputed charges.
- Process approved customer credits and continue collection where deductions are invalid.
- Process payroll.




- Prepare VAT remittances, and other required government filings.
- Maintain reconciliations for inventory, goods received not invoiced, supplier deposits, prepaid tooling, freight accruals, customer deposits, and vendor credits.
- Support cash-flow forecasting and management reporting.
- Prepare month-end journal entries, financial statements, supporting schedules, and audit documentation.
- Maintain proper supporting documentation and internal controls across accounting, purchasing, inventory, receiving, and customer invoicing.

Pay: ₹30,597.69 - ₹50,731.06 per month
