About the Role

This is a Financial Reporting leadership role responsible for managing high-quality, compliant, and efficient financial reporting services for business partners in the US and Canada, as well as assigned legal entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring high quality, compliance and efficiency of Financial Reporting service delivery in line with SLA,



handling of ad-hoc requests and developing/offering (customized) solutions to business partners in US & CA and assigned legal entities.

- Identifying business partners’ requirements and maintaining regular exchange and good cooperation.

- Disciplinary leading service team including resource planning/recruiting, activity allocation and budget control. Ensuring a good working environment and employee’s motivation through recognition, target setting, performance evaluation, development, and feedback.

- Supporting development and optimization of service processes and fostering the use of digital technologies to enhance value creation.

- Participating in global or regional Financial Reporting as well as local Hub projects and initiatives in various roles.

- Pro-actively contributing to and driving discussions in Financial Reporting Management team with regards of organizational development

Minimum Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant

- Min 10 to 18 years of professional experience in finance or similar.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

- Leading a team of 10 employees.

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment

- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Technical Skills

- Advance Microsoft Office tools and SAP advance, basic/intermediate PowerBI

- Lean Six Sigma, Power BI (preferred)

- Excel VBA (nice to have)
