Position: Visa Executive / Visa Filing Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Work Location: In Person
Salary: ₹10,029 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible Visa Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tourist visa filing for international destinations.
- Strong knowledge of Europe / Schengen visas is highly preferred.
- Experience with Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Japan and other destinations will be an advantage.
- Check and verify client documents according to embassy/VFS requirements.
- Accurately prepare and complete visa application forms.
- Prepare cover letters, travel itineraries and supporting documents.
- Handle VFS/BLS appointments, biometrics and document submissions.
- Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding missing documents and requirements.
- Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy guidelines and application procedures.
- Manage multiple applications efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain proper and organized records of all visa applications.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tourist Visa Filing, particularly Europe/Schengen and Canada visa processing, will be given preference.
