Job Description:

Systematic Group of Industries is looking for a Payroll Operations Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate should have managed payroll for 1,000+ employees and possess strong knowledge of payroll operations and statutory compliances. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees.

· Process monthly salaries, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

· Handle payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.

· Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related filings.

· Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;) and employee exit formalities.





· Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll records.

· Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.

· Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities.

· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations.

· Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 2–4 years of experience in Payroll Operations.

· Experience handling payroll for 1,000+ employees is mandatory.

· Hands-on experience in Spine Software is mandatory.

· Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and payroll compliances.

· Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
