Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day interior site execution activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Read and understand architectural, interior, MEP, and working drawings.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors and ensure daily productivity.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, checklists, and site photographs.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.




- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and site changes.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure proper site safety, housekeeping, and work practices.
- Take site measurements and support billing and quantity reconciliation.
- Maintain proper site documentation and project records.
- Ensure proper completion and handover of assigned work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
