We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is proactive, creative, tech-savvy, and excited about AI and digital growth.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, social media, search, and outbound channels.
- Create content for LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct competitor, market, and audience research for the US healthcare market.
- Support lead generation and growth initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
- Work closely with founders, design, and product teams.
- Explore and implement current marketing tools, platforms, and growth strategies.

AI-First Mindset

Strong familiarity with AI tools is expected. You should be comfortable using leading AI platforms such as:

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI tools.

You should be able to use AI for research, content creation, campaign planning, analysis, ideation, automation, and improving day-to-day productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Curiosity about AI, technology, startups, and healthcare.




- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, or email marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Location

This is a strictly on-site role based at Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala. Remote or work-from-home is not available.
