Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Location: Ghaziabad, Vijay Nagar

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to manage and support the sales team, ensure timely execution of sales activities, and contribute to business growth. The candidate will be responsible for handling a team of sales coordinators and sales engineers, monitoring their performance, preparing quotations, and actively working on leads to convert them into orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and manage a team of Sales Coordinators and sales engineers.
- Assign tasks and ensure proper follow-up on all sales activities
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of work
- Prepare and review techno-commercial quotations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide required information promptly
- Work actively on incoming leads and ensure proper tracking
- Take regular follow-ups from the team on lead status and conversions
- Coordinate with the Sales Engineers/ASM for smooth execution of orders




- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups with clients
- Support the team in achieving sales targets

Key Skills Required:

- Robust team handling and leadership skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in quotation preparation (preferably in engineering)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong follow-up and tracking skills
- Basic technical understanding of boilers/industrial products is preferred

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred) or MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturingrng industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
