About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Education Career Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable MBA/PGDM programs and colleges based on their academic profile and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students regarding MBA/PGDM programs and career opportunities.
* Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
* Recommend suitable colleges and programs.
* Follow up with prospective students and manage leads.
* Support students throughout the admission process.
* Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements:
* Graduate/Postgraduate.
* Excellent communication and counselling skills.
* Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Basic knowledge of MBA/PGDM and higher education.
* Prior counselling/admission experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
