About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic logistics sales intern to join our sales team. This internship is a good opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience in U.S. logistics, freight brokerage, sales, business development, and customer communication.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams and gain hands-on exposure to the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
- Communicate with customers and understand their logistics and transportation requirements.
- Assist the sales team with freight quotes, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Update customer and sales information in CRM/sales tracking systems.
- Assist with preparing sales-related documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth handling of customer requirements.
- Learn and understand the U.S. freight brokerage and logistics sales process.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.




- Maintain skilled communication with customers and business partners.

Candidate Requirements

- Any graduate can apply.
- Minimum 1 prior internship experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English-speaking skills are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of the sales process.
- Comfortable working in a U.S. night shift.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Internship Details

- Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Duration may vary depending on performance and business requirements.
- Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Meal facility: Provided by the company

After successful completion of the internship, eligible candidates may receive a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on their performance and business requirements.

Starting Package: ₹3.2 LPA – ₹4 LPA
