Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Pre-Primary teaching team, fostering a collaborative and reflective culture.
- Plan, implement and oversee developmentally appropriate, experiential learning experiences.
- Support teachers in curriculum planning, classroom practices and documentation.
- Observe children and teachers, provide constructive feedback and encourage continuous improvement.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for every child.
- Coordinate day-to-day academic and operational requirements of the Pre-Primary section.
- Contribute to school-wide planning, events and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- B.Ed. / NTT / Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field.




- Relevant experience in Early Years / Pre-Primary education, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and play-/experience-based learning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team with empathy and clarity.
- A reflective, creative and child-centred approach to teaching and leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
