Job Summary

Seeking a technology expert to establish and lead our AI-Native Testing & Quality Engineering capability. The leader will define the future-state vision for quality engineering by leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality platforms. The individual will drive the transformation of traditional testing organizations into AI-enabled quality engineering ecosystems while mentoring engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

Capability Leadership

"Define strategy & roadmap for AI-Native Testing & Quality Engineering
Develop competency models, operating frameworks, and capability standards
Establish best practices for intelligent quality engineering"

AI-Native Quality Transformation

Define transformation approaches across AI-assisted test design, autonomous test generation, intelligent test execution, AI-powered defect prediction, test optimization, self-healing test automation, agentic testing frameworks

Customer & Business Support

"Support strategic customer engagements and transformation programs
Conduct quality engineering maturity assessments
Define business cases & transformation roadmaps"

Capability Development & Mentoring

"Mentor FDEs, testing leaders,



and quality engineering teams
Develop internal capability programs
Build learning paths, assessment and certification frameworks"

15+ years of experience in testing and quality engineering
Experience leading quality-engineering transformation programs
Strong customer advisory and consulting experience
Experience building enterprise capabilities & mentoring senior talent
