Junior Accountant Manager

A Junior Accountant Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities while supporting or supervising a small finance/accounting team. The exact responsibilities can vary by company.

Main responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Prepare basic financial and accounting reports.
- Monitor expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and external accountants.




- Check the work of junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain confidential financial information.
- Support senior management with financial data and reports.

Skills required

- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Communication and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
