Social Media Manager

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead social media activities, manage client communication, and guide the creative team in developing engaging and trend-driven content.

Location: Surat (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Shift Timing: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, content formats, and industry developments.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, posts, reels, and overall social media presence.
- Manage and coordinate the social media team, assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients and understand their requirements, feedback, and expectations.
- Attend meetings and discussions with international clients and maintain professional communication.
- Work closely with the Graphics team to plan and execute social media creatives.
- Provide clear creative direction, references, feedback, and ideas to the Graphics team.
- Review social media content and creatives to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate content execution across multiple client accounts.




- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding and genuine interest in social media platforms.
- Excellent creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience managing and guiding a team.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly with designers and creative teams.
- Positive understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
