Production Engineer required urgently
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute production activities as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, PPC, Procurement, Stores, QC and Maintenance teams.
- Allocate manpower and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production, productivity, quality and delivery targets.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure machine maintenance, safety standards and factory-floor compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor outsourced work quality.
- Prepare machine manuals, production MIS and daily reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Train, guide and monitor supervisors and production team performance.

Key Skills: Production Planning, Project Execution, Quality Control, Vendor Coordination, Team Management, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma and MIS Reporting.
