About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Jr. Site Engineer to support the execution of a hotel construction project in Ayodhya. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of RCC construction, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination, preferably with experience in hotel or hospitality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day construction activities for the hotel project.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Assist in monitoring RCC activities including footing, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and structural elements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise labor teams and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report quality-related issues to senior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the construction site.
- Assist in verifying bar bending schedules (BBS), shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works before execution.
- Monitor material consumption and help minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of construction materials.
- Assist in identifying technical issues arising during construction and communicate them to senior engineers.
- Support project planning, scheduling,



and execution to meet project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of RCC construction and multi-storey building projects.
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and construction safety standards.
- Positive coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of project management software will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in RCC residential/commercial/hotel construction.
- Experience in multi-storey building projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior hotel construction experience will be given preference.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in assisting RCC structural works on hotel or commercial building projects.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and work teams under senior supervision.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and site activities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ayodhya.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
