Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a background in oil & gas, industrial, and manufacturing recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled and unskilled workers for projects across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit oil & gas professionals, industrial workers, skilled trades, and general laborers.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, availability, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, onboarding, and placements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.




- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and meet hiring targets.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in oil & gas, industrial, construction, or manufacturing.
- Experience hiring workers such as welders, pipefitters, electricians, mechanics, technicians, and general laborers.
- Knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
