Job Purpose

To prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings for door manufacturing, customization ensuring that drawings are in line with customer requirements, site measurements, production specifications, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drawing Preparation
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for doors, frames, shutters, jambs, and related components.
- Prepare drawings based on customer requirements, approved designs, and site measurements.
- Develop drawings for customized door designs and special applications.
- Production Drawings
- Prepare accurate manufacturing drawings with dimensions, sections, elevations, grooves, cut-outs, and other required details.
- Provide clear drawings to the production team for execution.
- Ensure drawings are practical and suitable for manufacturing.
- Site & Measurement Coordination
- Review site measurements and identify discrepancies before preparing final drawings.
- Coordinate with the measurement, sales, production, and installation teams whenever clarification is required.
- Incorporate approved site changes into drawings.
- Door Customization
- Prepare drawings for customized requirements such as:
- Glass cutting
- Louvers
- Grooves
- Steel strips/plates
- Raised moulding
- Full-wall jambs
- Peepholes
- Concealed door closers




- Drop-down seals
- Kick plates
- Designer handles/pull bars
- Other customer-specific modifications
- Special Door Drawings
- Prepare drawings for special door systems such as:
- Sliding doors
- Pivot doors
- Door-cum-window doors
- Acoustic doors
- Fire-rated doors
- Lead doors
- Drawing Verification
- Verify dimensions, specifications, opening direction, hardware positions, door thickness, frame details, and other critical information before releasing drawings.
- Ensure there are no dimensional or design errors that could affect production or installation.
- Revision & Documentation
- Maintain proper records of approved drawings and revisions.
- Update drawings based on approved changes.
- Ensure the latest approved drawing is available to the concerned department.
- Coordination with Production
- Work closely with Production, QC, Planning, and Installation teams.
- Resolve drawing-related issues during manufacturing and installation.
- Modify drawings when technically approved changes are required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
